Hermannsburg Potters Incorporated is managed by a Board of Directors who are active artists. The Board employs an Art Centre Manager, responsible for representing artists and their work, sales, development and interpreting information to the Board and implementing their decisions.
The organisation is a member of Desart, the peak body representing arts industry best practise in Central Australia. A member of the Hermannsburg Board also sits on the Desart committee.
Hermannsburg Potters is funded by profits from self-generated sales, operational funding from the federal Office of the Arts and project support from Indigenous Business Australia and Regional Developments NT, Arts NT.
